Covid -19 Policy
To stop the spread of COVID 19, extra measures and precautions will be taken to ensure clients and staff are safe.
If you're feeling unwell please do not book your appointment and let us know ASAP so we can reschedule your appointment
If you've traveled overseas, interstate, high-risk area, or in close contact with covid 19 cases and need to self-isolate, please call to reschedule your appointment or book when is safe to do so.
Please book your massage ( including skin treatments ) after at least 48 - 72 hours post covid vaccine.
Please book your cosmetic injections after 2 weeks post-Covid vaccine
Wearing a mask is mandatory for clients upon arrival but the mask can be removed during treatment
Please sanitize your hands before entering the clinic.
Cancelation Policy
Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise, you can be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up.
I do understand that at times unforeseen circumstances do arise, in these instances, please contact me to discuss options.
Booking Online Policy
Due to the high volume of booking requests that we are receiving, we request credit card confirmation upon making your booking. This means contactless payment at the end of your service and prevents any last minutes cancelation and no-shows that could prevent others from losing out on much-valued appointment times.
You can still pay cash and the EFTPOS machine is still available! Please provide the security code of your voucher in the booking note if you are using Chantik and Rejuvenate's gift certificate or E gift card. For pre-paid treatment please call Wira directly on 0406 955 549 to book your appointment.
