Skin Preparations: 

avoid sun exposure at least for 2 weeks pre-treatment

Using  skincare that contains active ingredients such as Vit C serum, 4AHA, Glycolic acid  for at least2-week pre-treatment 

Not taking Accutane or Prescribed high Strenght Vit A from your Doctor for at least 6 Months 

Wearing SPF 50 + daily.
